Return & Exchange Policy

At Imperial Crockery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any unused, undamaged products within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags and invoice included.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

Please include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via traceable delivery (courier or registered post).

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.

All returns should be sent to our Consumer Returns Department at the address below.

Follow These Simple Steps to Return or Exchange Your Items

1. Complete the Return Form

If you wish to return or exchange any product from your order, please fill out the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.

2. Repack the Merchandise

Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form, are securely packed in the original packaging.

3. Ship to

Send your return via a traceable courier or registered post at your own expense to the following address:

Note: Pickup service is available for Lahore customers only. After completing Step 2, please contact us for pickup.
A Rs.100 pickup service charge will apply.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us at Imperial9226a@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

3. Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchange

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
However, if the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping charges.
